Yoga

 

 

At Nursery we practice yoga to help us learn to listen to our bodies.  Through the practice of mindful meditations and developing awareness of the breath, yoga helps us to learn to accept and express our feelings appropriately. Yoga teaches  us to understand how our breathing changes as we experience different emotions and provides us with the skills to self soothe and be calm.
